I have had the privilege of attending several series of Liza Johnson’s Meditation and Mindfulness groups. Each time I am struck by the wisdom and calm of Liza and her guiding voice.

I have experienced a great reduction in stress and anxiety since attending her groups. I have also noticed a greater sense of peace and mental clarity. Everyone should learn what Liza has to offer.
